How do I take care of my bouquet?
- Keep Them Dry: Dried flowers are, as the name suggests, sensitive to moisture. Store them in a dry place, away from humid environments like bathrooms or kitchens. Excess moisture can cause them to wilt or mold.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: While dried flowers love light, direct sunlight can cause them to fade over time. To preserve their vibrant colors, place your bouquet in a spot with indirect light or rotate it occasionally to prevent uneven fading.
- Dust every few weeks: Over time, dried flowers can collect dust. Gently dust your bouquet every few weeks using a soft brush or a can of compressed air. If the bouquet is large, you can also give it a light shake outdoors to remove any dust.
- Keep Away from Strong Airflow: Dried
flowers are delicate, so avoid placing them in areas with strong airflow, like
near fans or air conditioning vents. These can cause petals to become brittle
or dislodged. - No Watering: Since your bouquet is dried, it doesn’t need water! Water causes the flowers to lose their shape, color, or
even mold. - Handle with Care: Dried flowers are fragile, so handle your bouquet with care. When moving it or adjusting its position, be gentle to avoid breaking any stems or petals.
